This beer has slightly sour notes similar to a Flemish red-brown ale – the brewers of Flanders were inspired by British porter makers in the early nineteenth century and this distinctly British beer is the next stage in the to and fro of brewing culture between these two mighty beer nations.
Pair it with: Flemish stew with chips and mayonnaise
