S.M.A.S.H. ORGANIC PALE ALE (MINI CASK)

Description

This Single Malt and Single Hop Pale Ale was brewed using organic ingredients to represent our unity with and compassion for nature and the environment. It was brewed on International Women’s Day 2021 as part of International Women’s Collaboration Brew Day. Our Brewer, Michaela (with a small amount of help/interference from Co-Founder, Bethany) designed the beer to be hazy, citrusy and full of flavour while only using one malt (pale) and one hop variety (Citra). Michaela also added some organic oats, which give a wonderful depth to the body.
