Description
Our Second Edition Hopped Gin is the follow up to our award-winning Limited Edition Hopped Gin. Like the first edition, it ticks all the boxes to be a London Dry Gin, but uses a different selection of self-seeded hops, which give it a spicier flavour with less of the citrus. The addition of hops gives it a rounded mouthfeel that is unique among gins.
The hops used in this gin came from self-seeded plants that were growing up the brewery gates. The other botanicals used are: juniper, lemon peel, chamomile flowers, mint, coriander, cardamom, angelica and orris root.
